The area of Human Resources (HR) is one which is ever changing. The global aspect of business as well as the influence of European Employment Law and our own social changes mean that it is becoming more important than ever that skills professions carry out this function within your organisation.
Aspire offers two different levels of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualifications – one at Foundation level and one at Intermediate level, designed to match in the individual’s needs. The training is focused on HR for those with HR responsibilities and on Learning & Development for those who deliver business-related training within their role.
