Apprentices can earn and learn at the same time with days spent in work and some at college. You will develop skills and get an industry recognised qualification to give you a head start at work. Our team matches apprentices to companies and develops training programmes to suit the needs of the business they are working with. Apprenticeships have four different levels:

Intermediate:  you will the learn fundamentals of a role and key skills to start your career

Advanced:  you will learn more in-depth skills

Higher:  you will gain greater skills and more detailed knowledge of that business area

Degree:  you will also gain a degree as a part of the Apprenticeship

You can work through the levels or start at a level depending on your current experience and qualifications.

Assessment

A mixture of workplace observation and college-based observation, portfolio building and online exams.

Entry Requirements

To become an apprentice with us you must:

  •         Be 16 or older
  •         Be legally allowed to work in the UK
  •         Have lived in the UK for the last three years
  •         Not qualified at or above Level 4 e.g. HNC
  •         Undertake an assessment/skills test to ascertain your suitability for the course
