Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation (Full Time)

This level 2 qualification, through EAL, will give you the essential knowledge and practical skills you need to start a career as an electrician or work as electrician in the building services engineering sector. It is a replacement for the City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 Award. This qualification does not make candidates fully qualified electricians, however, it allows candidates to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the electrotechnology sector. It is suitable for those who want to gain progress onto an Electrotechnical Apprenticeship programme or help gain the underlying knowledge to progress onto an electrotechnical NVQ. It covers many areas within Electrotechnical technology, units such as principle of electrical science, electrical installations technology and health and safety within Building Services Engineering.
