GCSE Retakes

If you are looking for the opportunity to improve your GCSE grades then we offer you a GCSE Retake course with a wide range of subject options, specialist teachers and facilities and excellent tutorial support. This course enables you to re-take key GCSEs and also start some new GCSE subjects that you may not have studied previously at school.

We offer the main national curriculum GCSE subjects plus some additional subjects not normally offered at school, for example GCSE Film Studies. We have an outstanding student progress-tracking system that uses target grades to support you in your study and to keep you, and your family in touch with your progress. We offer a parents’ consultation evening each term and at the beginning of your course we hold an induction evening for parents.

Subjects

GCSEs – Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, English Language, English Literature, Film Studies, Geography, History, Mathematics, Media Studies, Physics. Please see the detailed subject information sheets/pages.

You will have a personal tutor who supports and guides you through the course. You will meet with your personal tutor for group meetings and for personal 1-2-1 meetings on a regular basis. Some subjects have field courses for which a charge is made.
