Duration and Delivery
Evening Course - Two evenings per week initially, reducing to one evening per week for the second half of the course – Wednesday and Thursday evenings from January 2018 until July 2018, then continuing on a Wednesday evening only until December 2018. The Diploma units run after the completion of the Certificate units and will complete by July 2019. There will be another evening course starting September 2018.
Fast Track Day Course - All day Tuesday - Next start day mid January 2018. Thereafter, September 2018.
A full day induction is scheduled for Wednesday 17th January with classes beginning the following week for the evening group. Contact us for more details..
Both options will run subject to sufficient numbers.
Some students may wish to gain the Foundation (Level 3) Diploma in Human Resource Practice (37 credits in total) - a broader qualification with nine further credits. The progression route extends to the Intermediate (Level 5) Certificate in Human Resource Management and finally onto the Advanced (Level 7) Post Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management. Both Foundation Diploma and Intermediate qualifications are delivered at Kingston College.
Fees for 2017/18 are
- Certificate Course: £1,600.
- Full Diploma: Certificate Fee + £800.
If eligible you can apply for the Advanced Learner Loan which will cover some, but not all of the fees.
Students will also be expected to join the CIPD as a student member. CIPD fees are approximately £130.00
The teaching team consists of fully CIPD qualified and experienced practitioners, as well as experienced lawyers, all of whom are fully qualified teachers.
Classes will be held at Kingston College, Kingston Hall Road Centre, Kingston Hall Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2AQ.
