We are proposing that you study the following two units in addition to those already gained completing CHRP:
- Supporting Change in Organisations (HR)
- Delivering Learning & Development Activities (L&D)
If you have already achieved the Delivering Learning & Development Activities unit, we can discuss you joining an additional HR unit to meet the credits needed to achieve the Diploma.
Duration and Delivery
The progression route extends to the Intermediate (Level 5) Certificate in Human Resource Management. Both of these are offered at Kingston College.
If eligible you can apply for the Advanced Learner Loan which will cover some, but not all the fees.
Students will be expected to register as a student member with CIPD, and if not already in membership, will be expected to join. CIPD fees are approximately £130.00.
The teaching team consists of fully CIPD qualified and experienced practitioners.
