Employability and Social Enterprise

Will develop student's skills and provide opportunities to aid progression via external pathways.

Learners will benefit from the support of a specialist team where they will complete their English and Mathematics qualifications in addition to building on exiting skills and achieving new targets.

Entry Requirements

Learners should be working at Entry Level 2 or above and need a commitment to completing the course. Suitability for the programme will be assessed both before joining and during the first four weeks of the course.

Course Content

This course runs over 3 days, helping students develop knowledge, understanding and skills needed to manage life and future opportunities.

Students will infill either within the College or externally to gain valuable experience and skills at work

Personal learning programmes are designed to suit the learner in their choice of career path which will aid their progression.

English and Mathematics delivered at the appropriate level for the individual.


At College: Supported Internship. Outside College: Employment and/or Voluntary Work and/or other study.
