What was college life like?
I didn't really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised about how easy-going everyone was and how generally the teaching was strict when needed, but otherwise calm and collected, which suited me tremendously.
Favourite part of your course?
My favourite part of my course was probably the law modules and also business analytics. It's something that is helping me a lot in my degree and is generally an incredibly interesting topic to learn about.
Did you take up any opportunities during your time at college which benefited you?
Me and a few friends definitely took advantage of the extra-curricular sports during the lunch period as it was a good way to blow off some steam during the deadline period. Otherwise, teachers were always very readily available to help you out when needed, so that was something I definitely utilised to the maximum.
Any great memories you’d like to share?
I have fantastic memories of my two former tutors, Gaby and Christine, who were both fundamental to my success at Kingston. Rohan and Eshan always made learning both fun and interesting. I always felt comfortable with these teachers talking about anything and generally having a comfortable relationship with them. I feel like they were a significant reason as to why I did how I did at Kingston.
Advice to anyone thinking of applying?
Anyone thinking about joining Kingston should definitely consider it deeply. It's a College where teachers genuinely want to push you to your limits and get you to the best of your abilities. I definitely would not be in the position I am in without the assistance of Kingston College. Thus, I find it an immense investment for yourself and your future.
