Merton College boasts an industry standard commercial hairdressing salon fully equipped with the latest equipment and professional Goldwell and Keracare products. Our salon is open to the public, enabling students to perform services on real clients, gaining valuable knowledge and experience whilst under the supervision of qualified tutors or assessors.
Hairdressing services range from: blow dries, cut and finish to tints and highlights. Staff and students can get a 20% discount on selected services when they show their ID card at time of payment.

- All prices include finish
- Skin test is required for all colour services, which must take place 48 hours prior to the service
- A service can take up to 3 hours as this is a training academy
- Services are subject to availability and are booked according to students training and assessment needs
- For students and staff to receive 20%, ID must be shown at the time of payment, this offer is not valid on styling and dressing services and conditioning treatments
