Course Content
This distance learning programme will enable you to further your personal and professional development and gain new knowledge and understanding.This course will cover the following:
- Unit 1 - Understand how to provide a safe and healthy environment for babies and young children
- Unit 2 - Understand common childhood illnesses
- Unit 3 - Understand health emergencies and specific health conditions in an early years setting

Course Structure
You can learn at a time that suits you, however you must be able to commit to attending college twice during the course to submit units and complete progress checks.The course must be completed online within 10 weeks.
This course is fully funded, meaning there is no cost to you.
On completion you will gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.
You are welcome to take more than one course, but you can only take one course at a time.
