Alyssa Aziz has gained D*D*D*, the equivalent of 3 A* at A Level on our 2 year Photography BTEC, and has accepted a place to study BA (Hons) Photography at the University of South Wales.

“I knew that Photography was something that I was really interested in doing in the future. After comparing this course with my school's sixth form I felt that with all the amazing photography facilities at Kingston College’s dedicated Creative Industries Centre and by choosing a BTEC option I would be able to just focus on photography, and I could get the best out of the course. Throughout the course I learnt about many different photography genres and now I know what I am now most passionate about.

“I really enjoyed experimenting with all the different photography facilities and learning both the digital and more practical sides to photography, one of my favourite parts of the course was learning all kinds of experimental photography techniques in the darkroom. The course was very flexible within your experimentation of ideas. With lots of encouragement from my tutors and personal hard work and passion, the outcomes become extremely rewarding. I am now progressing on to a BA (Hons) in Photography at the University of South Wales.”
